Damion Gayadeen is a certified Industrial Maintenance Engineering Technician trained at Fritz Werner in Germany. He holds a diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (EEET) and brings over 25 years of experience in installation and maintenance across diverse sectors, including industrial operations, oil and gas, emergency and backup power generation, and telecommunications.

His expertise encompasses generators (diesel and LPG), automatic transfer switches, and generator controllers such as Deep Sea, Comp AP, and SDMO. Additionally, he specializes in remote network monitoring systems, collaborating with renowned vendors like Telemisis, Delta IdeaN, Inala, Skyline Dataminer, and Solar Power solutions.

Currently, Damion serves as the Chief Technical Officer at Neptune Services Limited, where he continues to apply his vast experience and technical acumen to drive operational excellence.
